Diana Grisolía Santos
Diana Grisolía finished her degree in Marine Sciences at the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria in 1989 and her Ph. D. in Physics in 1999. Part of her PhD was done at the University of Rhode Island (URI), working under the guidance of Dr. Malcolm Spaulding in Oil Spill Models. She has been involved in several regional, national and European research projects and currently she is studying the lagrangian evolution of mid ocean anticyclonic eddies. She is also interested in air-sea interaction with mesoscale oceanic structures.
